Course Reserves -
The library maintains course reserves to make sure
heavily used resources are available for students
when they need them. Library materials or
faculty-owned materials including books,
periodicals, and audiovisual media may be placed on
reserve. We can also create links to electronic
resources. Copyright law does not permit protected
materials to be photocopied and placed on reserve.

To place items on reserve, send
materials (or a message listing authors and titles
of books held by the library) to
Grace Wallace at
(252) 985-5234. Indicate course number and title,
reserve classification (strict library use only,
3-hour, 1-day, 3-day, or 1-week), when to take items
off reserve, and your name. The library requires at
least 48 hours to place requested items on reserve;
a week or more is preferable.
Materials may also be placed on
reserve for classes at off-campus sites. Please
contact the Circulation Supervisor to make
arrangements for off-campus reserves. |
