Pearsall Library has always taught classes requested by faculty.  The struggle has been to develop a program that reaches students at all levels with appropriate competencies.

1996....... Began work on Information Literacy program that would reach students at all levels with focus on the freshman seminar.

Realized the need to work with faculty who initiated assignments in prior years to update assignments and make sure they continued to use library assignments.
