area, with unique and useful documents including some

"encyclopedia" is not in Britannica Online's title for a
reason. There is much more here than you might think,
including a wonderful richness of multimedia resources and
even statistics. The World Data section is particularly
good.

provides the full text for nearly 8,800 serials.
BSP also provides book citations, some company profile

includes better and more recent reports. Use both to get

Description: From the American Psychological Association (APA),
PsycINFO contains more than 2 million citations and summaries of scholarly journal articles, book chapters, books, and dissertations, all in psychology and related disciplines. 97 percent of the covered material is peer-reviewed
scholarly material. The database also includes information about the psychological aspects of related fields such as education, physiology, business, law and others. Journal coverage spans from 1887 to present.
NCWC Librarians Say: PsycINFO does not
contain a huge percentage of full-text material.

Description:
PubMed, a service of the National Library of Medicine, provides access to over 12 million MEDLINE citations back to the mid-1960's and additional life science journals. PubMed includes links to many sites providing full text articles and other related resources.
NCWC Librarians Say: PubMed is the
largest and most extensive database of medical citations, but
does not contain a huge amount of full text of its own.
